--Complete rewrite of zone shapefile streaming logic and multithreaded resource creation with 2017 GIS engine
--Implemented rollover text
--Implemented custom advisory type color/visibility settings
--Implemented automatic refreshing (full manually toggle GIS layer recommended for long-duration usage)
--Created streamlined NWS Advisories resource file one-time installer pop-up window with error handling and manual install ability
--Updated to use newest NWS AWIPS zone shapefiles
--Recreated default advisory styles from updated weather.gov defaults

--Restoration of HTTP SSE (Server-Sent Events) immediate milliseconds-old server PUSH warnings in V7.1 with new native backend infrastructure
-Corrected Severe Weather Statement polygon object type visibility checkbox 3-letter caption to the standard AWIPS 3-character code "SPS"
