1. Restoration of L3 data recently broken in V7.2 due to NWS server index change. L3 data is confirmed operational once more in V7.3.
2. Distance measurement tool issue at short distances is fixed.
3. Corner cases where storm tracking cities ETA list times would not correspond to rollover/track marker time boxes is confirmed fixed. This was tested with manual tracking, L3 storm cell tracking, and warning object tracking. Beta users confirmed fix.
