*Fixed HRRR-based data sources from NCEP upgrade (2m T/D and Precip-Typing) and Severe Watches.
*Included brand-new 2016/2017 winter preciptation typing algorithm debuted in WSV3 Professional in October, including four field rain/snow/sleet/freezing rain typing, continuous probabilities on all four fields, visual customizability, and temporal interpolation of p-type field itself in loops.
*Installed new background imagery system under-the-hood to sustain existing background (imagery-only) features in Core; improvements over Core V3.0 include large efficiency gains (less CPU) and better LOD algorithm with smooth transitions.
*Deployed new high-performance font rendering and customization engine along with redone city labels and timestamp label text (coming to full product next).
Note: Given the new, efficient background code, you may need to reset the tiles. Turn off the background, press Menu->Advanced->Reset imagery tiles, and then re-enable the background.
