Minor housekeeping update:
-(From 4.0.6) Fixed HRRR model data source which NCEP served change broke (this also broke 2m T/DPT layers and precip-typing, which are both based off the HRRR)
-(From 4.0.6) Added Ctrl+C restore to CONUS view keyboard shortcut
-(From 4.0.6) Fixed parsing error in ATCF tropical tracks
-(From 4.0) Various minor bug-fixes/data source fixes (such as NWS Convective Outlooks HTTP/HTTPS switch, etc)
