1. Fixed severe watches issue by swapping-in high-stability next-gen server infrastructure based source for severe watch outline history.
2. Fixed the recent disappearance of Forecast tab QPF vector products due to a government change in DBF table ordering.
3. Fixed tessellated polygon rendering issues.
4. Fixed the Miscellaneous tab Drought Monitor rendering issues/corruption, which were in excess of solely the polygon rendering issues.
5. Fixed text product display on NWS/SPC tab.
6. Fixed MESH and POSH NEXRAD Level 2 derived products.
