1. Fixed and reset default L2 data source to NOMADS after new late-2025 issues with AWS S3 integration.
2. Fixed radar site label color false negatives.
3. Fixed web service for 2024-rebuilt non-operational NWSA layer which died in September due to apparent NWS HTTP changes.
